The tubes tied and the three periods should have been a sign...you need to beef up on some basic sex ed info...

She had her tubes tied 17 yrs ago? That probably means she's not preggy....
She's had 3 normal periods? That probably means she's not preggy.....
She took a home preg test- and it was negative? That probably means she's not preggy......
I think its pretty safe to say that she's not preggy...with all the evidence and all.........
If you're really worried about her getting preggy, then ask her to make a doc appt to check and make sure the tubes are still tied.....I'm fairly sure its rare that they come untied.......

I've been pregnant 3 times. You can have a false positive but I've never ever heard of anyone having a false negative. She's NOT pregnant.

yes its pretty safe to say she is not pregnant
so use a condom in future --- its less stress and you both dont need to worry about STD's

tied tubes definately means no pregnancy, and if she had her period after, then obviously she's not pregnant. you shouldnt be worried about it.
