i own a repair shop, and one of the best cars on the road is a Toyota corolla there reliable and dependable, also cheap to operate, and hardly ever tear up,and they look good, and you can find them real cheap ,also the insurance is cheap on them too ,and that's good for a young driver, but i mechanic 6 days a week for w living, and i really don't get them in the shop that much to repair, that's how i rate a car if i have to work on one a lot to me its not that good of a car to own,for a young driver a good Toyota corolla would be a real good car, good luck ,i hope this help,s.

Jeep Wrangler for me.

But, for a young driver, I'd say a Honda Civic or a Mazda 3.

Toyotas and Hondas are the best cars. They last a long time and are good on gas.

corolla or civic, i sold a corolla with 130,000 mile to my parents, my dad wanted a beater car, and they've had for 2 yrs no problems, i sold cars, and refused to sell american USED cars to my friends, only honda or toyota's, cause i knew those cars wouldn't break down driving off the lot. i missed alot of sales with my friends, but i knew i couldn't sell them a piece of $hit and have them be pissed at me for doing so. those who bought the honda's or toyotas are still driving them, and are very happy..

A 2004 Chevy Cavalier. Millions of good ones out there, cheap to maintain, inexpensive to buy, won't break the bank when they..break.
