Is there a file and setting transfer wizard for windows 2000 like windows xp has?

I have a number of windows 2000 users who are moving from one domain to another and wish to keep there settings for their desktops.

You could just copy the entire Documents and Setting folder from the old domain to the new one. Although depending on how many users you have and what they all had on there desktops that could be a very massive folder. Although this method may not be recommended based on how many users you have.
