No. Flirt and tell her to call you the second she breaks up with her old regular boyfriend, because you are in the market for a steady girlfriend.
Don't exactly try to get her to choose between her existing boyfriend and you. Telling her how you feel FORCES her to choose between what she's got and what you SAY -- bad idea.

YES YES YES, you are at a point in your emotional growth where you really fear other peoples negative reactions. As such you may miss out on some great oppertunities for happiness out of fear. There are really only 2 things that can happen, either you tell her and she doesn't feel the same way, in which case, your probably still in the friendzone and if her relationship fizzles your there to pick up the ball, or you tell her and you have a chance at a Great relationship. From what you've said, she is well aware of her affect on you. Generally guys of your age need a neon sagn that says,"I want you", that doesn't happen and your getting about as close to that as there is, either that or she's a tease(and knows it). Be bold and confident, here's a secret, no one can usually tell the difference between you being bold and confident and only acting that way. Good Luck :)

It could just be that she considers you a very dear friend and nothing more. a kiss on the cheek doesn't mean that she wants anything more from it.
is she happy with her boyfriend, and how long has she been with him?
since i don't know her name wer are going to pretend her name is cindy
If I were you, I would tell her in this manner...............
"Cindy, You are one of the best friends I have. You are sweet, funny, you have a great smile, one of the smartest girls I know. But most important I love being with you, just being in the same room with you is amazing. I know you are dating so in so, but I just have to tell you that I want to be with you. If you don't feel the same way then I hope that this doesn't ruin what we have as friends. I don't want to lose you as a friend no matter what happens from this point forward"
Good luck

She has a boyfriend, so no.
I have been in a similar situation (except I was engaged) and when the guy told me how he felt, it was just awkward and awful. (Although he was pretty drunk at the time). He was a very close mate, and I cared for him very much. We had spent a lot of time together, and I felt I could talk to him and really be myself.
He came to my wedding, and then about 2 months later to my 21st, which he left in a huff. I have not seen nor heard from him since.
I do miss his friendship though. I would advise, that while she is in a relationship you need to respect that. Once/if it ends, go for it.
I wish you every happiness, but in a word... no.

This is just my opinion, but if this girl has a boyfriend, I think you telling her your feelings is a bad idea. Girls can be naturally flirty, and not just that, naturally touchy-feely (it can be in our caring dispositions). What you may be interpreting as flirting could just be friendship, or maybe she is flirting but it's nothing beyond that.
If she has a boyfriend, I think you need to respect her choice. This might be hurtful for you, because you really like her...but I think you need to accept the choice she has made. If she really wanted to be with you, she would.
I would continue to be her friend, and in the meantime, look for other options. You don't want to spend all your time pining away for her - it isn't healthy. If you can, try to move on with your feelings, I think you will be a lot better off.

If her current bf isn't your friend or anything close. just tell her how you feel. Imagine how glorious the rest of this year would be. yes it would be amazing. A caution... there is a chance that she just feels really comfortable around you and find you non threatening to her relationship with her bf. I don't want to throw cold water on anything but be ready just in case. But don't hold back. Go for it!

NO........definately not!!!! The signals she's sending you means: she views you as a close FRIEND, someone that she feels comfortable being around. Don't confuse this with "she wants me".
Hang around and do just whatever it is you're doing....trust me, when she breaks up with her current BF.....you'll be the first person she turns to. If you tell her how you feel now, while she still has a BF, things will not be the same between you two anymore.

tell her today. you're a young guy and she's only got a boyfriend, not a husband. go for it but don't get your hopes too high. let her know then give her some time to absorb it. if nothing comes of it, it's really not a big deal. there's a lot more out there. good luck.

Yes, honey, tell her. She might have a boyfriend because she's afraid of being alone. If you are that afraid of putting your feelings out there, ask her out. Make it something that could be platonic and then see how she reacts to you there. It sounds to me like she is giving you all of the right signals at school.
