I believe it's grapefruit juice and vodka. I think if you put salt on the rim you get a Salty Dog.

If we're talking about the cocktail, here you go :
Greyhound
Combine in a highball glass filled with ice,
1 oz. Vodka
Fill with Grapefriut Juice
The ratio is :
2 oz vodka
5 oz grapefruit juice
Pour vodka and grapefruit juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and serve.
