I would say none.

I was a 12B enlisted (what 21B used to be called) and in the recruiting book it had no civilian job equivalents.

Combat Engineer is like infantry with a few special skill sets.
Explosives (lots of fun!), mines, obstacles, and booby traps.
I never learned a thing about construction but I had a lot of fun.

After 10 years as a 21B your best job experience is your leadership skills you would have gained as a team leader and probably a Squad leader in a deployable line company.

You could probably find a job with a construction company that does demolition. Or even work for the military as a civilian doing the same job.
