definitely Monalisa. she's the most famous sitter in this whole universe! lol ;p But I believe it'll be really hard to paint a Monalisa that looks like Monalisa, unless you have the skill n talent of da Vinci!
Why not Dali's soft clocks? Check out The Persistence of Memory. Or erm.. some of Picasso's works? teehee.

Just search for artists that you like. Monet, Matisse, Da Vinci, Picasso, Salvador Dali, Van Gogh, Rembrandt, Boccaccio, to name a few. Monet's work might be fairly easy to recreate. It's up to you though. Try looking at any national gallery, such as the Louvre Museum's website for ideas.
Salvador Dali's Persistence of Memory is also a good one.

1. The Last Supper - isn't that Mary to Jesus' right? 2. Mona Lisa - we will never know for sure. 3. Thomas Kincaid collection because I like cottages. All of his art feels comfortable to me and I imagine myself being there strolling through the grass and dipping my toes into the brook. 4. Picasso - his abstracts looks psychedelic. Yes, I'm a child of the 60s and 70s. 5. Rubens - he painted "real" women.
