If u like him, but you have to make sure he likes you first. If he doesn't like you you might get your heart broken.
if he does go up to him and ask him some questions to start up a conversation. Once y'all to get deep into ask him if he likes you if he says yes ask hm to go out with you if he doesn't all ready have a girlfriend. I HOPE YOU TAKE MY ADVICE.
