I know! I know!!
I had it too. I went vegan and I haven't had a problem since.
Basically you want to avoid stuff that makes your tummy eat itself by having too much acid.
The protective coating inside your stomach is also attracted to meat, so it weakens a bit when meat is in your stomach. When it's weakened, your stomach acid can eat away at the lining... ouchie.
Also, The Master Cleanser was originally designed for stomach problems. Try googling it. :)

If you want to go the natural way I have a few suggestions. The first is peppermint oil. Not only is it good for killing bacteria in the digestive tract, it keeps your breathe fresh for hours. Second, aloe vera juice, this doesn't taste too great but many people swear by it. Other things you can do to help it are to eat a lot of yogurt that contains probiotic, drink lots of water, avoid acidic stuff like tomatoes and orange juice. Hope this helps.

Prescription meds help, but for me the best "cure" has been keeping a food diary and discovering what foods make me sick. For me it's red meats and certain spices,
