There's a place called Cattales where i live, they might have one of those in San Mateo

Go to your local library. Ask for a reference librarian.
They will show you how to access online, or have phone directories where you can check yellow pages under books for stores...
Also will provide access to newspapers. Look in the 'classified' pages. This will have ads from stores of that type usually.
Librarians, never paid enough, the pre web hook up !
Also the closest college/ school will usually have the info as well

Check in your phonebook and see if there are any used book dealers nearby you like Half Price Books. Almost every town has a used bookstore.

You can sell it on ebay, amazon, barnes and nobles, sometimes your local library will take used books
