i don't know wat 2 say or how 2 put it...i speak with a french accent and sometimes (not all the time) he doesn't know wat i'm saying.

YES, Go out with him! Everyone smiles in the same language and you will learn a lot of English. Hopefully he will learn some French too. I'm sure he will love your French accent and think you are cute.
If both of you don't improve your language skills though, the relationship will get boring because you won't be able to talk about important things. Developing a new language is always a good idea.
Quick ESL lesson..."NO" means the opposite of YES
"KNOW" means to understand how to do something. Pronounced the same...spelled differently.

Well you see it doesn't matter if you have an accent or not its all about your personality, by the way french accent sounds very nice!

Just work on your english and maybe try to get a tutor. If not, just dont lose that accent as it's probably a big turn on.

I am a french man , je continue en francais c'est beaucoup plus facile pour vous. Je suis francais mais je suis aussi australien , Ne sois pas idiote , americain ou plutot "english speaking people " love french accent........... je suis bien place pour le savoir , Si il ne comprend pas c'est tant mieux , ca prendra plus de temps pour expliquer ce que tu veux lui dire et tu pourras parler doucement amoureusement pres de son oreille ,
Ne force pas ton accent et sois feminine comme une francaise seule peut le faire....
Tu ne peux pas perdre , je te le garantit.......
