Freeze some spoons and put those on it, then take something like a penny and rub over it(like spread the blood in diff. directions) as a hicky is blood brought to the top of your skin, then use the spoons again, it wont make it go away completely, but then the cover up will work a little better

Sorry they don't go away any faster they need some moisturiser applied to them then a coat of concealer. this will hide it till they fade. Hickies can be dangerous someone sucking on your skin to make a mark slightly caveman tactics they last for up to a couple of weeks and are a bad bruise or haematoma. not a good look

There are plenty of opinions out there about how to remove a hicky, however I found the guide on Wikihow most informational.
There is the combing method where you attempt to comb the vessles and blood causing a reduction in visablity.
Another method is the use of the edge of a coin, stretching you skin out flat, then scrapping the hicky adding plenty of pressure.
For the rest of the suggestions you should go to:

Hickeys are bruises sweetheart. Granted, bruises and hickeys are caused by two totally separate types of trauma, but they are both contusions. Contusions are irritation of the skin and blood vessels that have popped just below the skin's surface.
The only real way to make them less noticable (it is impossilbe for those blood vessels to heal on a whim, that will take time and about three different types of discoloration) is a form of make up. My suggestion is to hold the skin flat, and comb over it with a brush or comb to spread the blood. Then, put a peice of ice over it (No metal, because cold metal bothers contusions for some reason and be sure that your skin is dry before the ice is applied because it will cause further irritation if the skin is moist) Then, since most anyone's neck is slightly paler than their face, cover it with concealer, but keep it fairly thin. If it doesn't cover or it is too light, put just a little foundation over it. Then, unless you are totally confident in the coverage and keeping it that way, pull on a turtle neck or wrap on a scarf. If anyone notices it from there, blame it on your straightener, crimper, curler, blow dryer, what ever it is you use.
I had an ex who was very clear on claiming/marking what was his. He would give me hickeys frequently just so that he could piss off my mother, keep guys from hitting on me, and to remind me that he was dominant while I was submissive. Trust me, getting them was far more enjoyable than sporting them and as some one who has tried everything that is medically possible, this is the best you can possibly do.
Hope I've helped!

I got told that dipping a dissolvable asprin in water (so it starts to dissolve but is still firm) and rubbing it ino the hickie helps, haven't tried it myself though.
