Nope. You've got three at the top (just like the Greeks!) then a few famous angels (nymphs) surrounded by a pantheon of saints (Odysseus, etc.) Judaism and Islam are monotheistic.

One God in three Persons. Christianity is monotheistic. I will admit that this is a mystery, but that is what the Bible teaches.

No fair! You answered your own question. And that is just your opinion too. By your same criteria one could also claim that the two other religions you named are NOT monotheistic. Actually, I have a problem with the Trinity doctrine myself, but I should point out that NOT all Christians believe in that. Some DO believe in only ONE God, but you will likely still make the same absurd claim about angels. Islam and Judaism believe in angels too, so IF they are gods... Then there is NO truly monotheistic religion.

Btw, "Saint" Odysseus????

If Judaism is monotheistic, then Christianity is too, or they are both polytheistic. God appeared to Abraham as three divine persons which is the core belief of the trinity. Also, YHWH (LORD) is a plural term in Hebrew.

Genesis 18
1 The LORD appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day. 2 Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground.

However, the saints are only recognized and celebrated by Roman Catholic Christians. For me, there is only one on top, called God, Y W H, Allah, and the other names for our monocreator. The others who aren't really on the top are just to help the unbelieving world understand spiritual concepts better. The problem is that instead of understanding, they take it as the same thing and make the situation worse.

The Trinity is one God.. The Jehovah Witnesses consider them to be three, but they are not mainstream Christianity.

Angels are not gods. Every Christian is a saint, living or dead, despite what the Roman Catholic Church does; and saints are NOT gods.

Volumes have been written on the Trinity, it is a difficult concept, but still equal one, and only one God.

Maybe by that you mean Catholics and Protestants. Some churches dont believe in the trinity.
and oh yeah, angels aren't gods. think of them as assistants. While with saints, their not gods, some actually dont believe in the existence of saints in heaven. Youve mistaken Christianity for Catholics and Protestants. Some Christians dont belong to or are not members of Catholics and Protestants. check Wikipedia dude. ;)

Angels are not gods, neither are the saints. As for the trinity it covers one concept with 3 separate functions. But still only one God.

First of all, the name "God" means "Elohim". In Hebrew, Elohim is plural. It means "God and his angels." Whenever you say the name "GOD", you're reffering to Elohim. God clearly said in Genesis "Let US make man in OUR image." Islam is based on the SAME God -- the same Elohim -- the same God and his angels, and pantheon of saints. So, Islam and Judaism are not monotheistic.

Christian told me that 3 in one or trinity is monotheism i.e Allah as father,Yesus as son and sacred spirit..But in our holy Qur'an and Hadith it is clearly stated that Yesus was human that was assigned by Allah to be a prophet.Sacred spirit is angel Allah's messenger to all prophets.i.e Jibril or Gabriel who has been created by Allah from light..Three creatures can not be regarded as one.Someone who believe in trinity is included as an unbeliev er and non monotheism.By the omni power of Allah,Yesus was created a man without father but he was not the son of Allah. He was a son of Maria or Siti Maryam a daughter of Imran prophet and a grandchild of Jacob prophet. so he was Isa/Almasih binti Maryam..
