If you live in the US, look out for the announcement on ISNA's website. Should be posted within the next few days.

http://www.isna.net

The 18th of October coincides with 26th of Ramadan, so at least 4 more days left, since Islamic days begin at sunset.

Astronomically, the last day of Ramadan will be on the 22nd of October, InShaAllah. Please see the following website for more details on how the calculations are performed. It's really quite interesting...

the 'Eid marks the conclusion to the month of Ramadhaan, also know as the Fasting Month. It is determined by two sources, the sighting of the new moon, or by counting the 30 days of Shaban. And it's (Ramadhaan) days are 29,or 30 days.As-Salaamu 'Alaikum,Ramadhaan Mubarak!

24th most likely. It depends on actual sighting of the moon, so the religious authorities wont' make a statement until the night before.
