Such a thing is extremely rare. Due to genetics, most black people have very dark brown or black hair. The only way they can get another colour is to dye their hair.

umm... its not possible, usually dark skinned people have dark hair, Just like blue eyes and blond hair go together. Red hair would be really really hard to find, unless they were like 75% white and 25% black...
