There are many house design program available now for PC I'm looking for one that is easy to use, affordable, to do floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, Valuted ceilings, furnitue, cabinetry, electric, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping.

Its fairly basic, maybe too basic for your needs, but its free anyway so try google sketch up. Its googles 3d drawing and modeling program.

definitely stay away from better homes and gardens 3d home designer. EXTREMELY steep learning curve, very counter-intuitive, and you have to force the program to do too many things that the programmers should have given options for in the first place. THIS PROGRAM SUCKS

i started with 3D Home Architecture.its a program i think made by BorderBound, its a good program for starters, about $ 50.00..
