If you really love him you have to say it to him.but the guy could answered you in a bad way or tell you that he isn't in love with you.
i think you should try to be his friend (and like that he would notice you)..and also to become his friends..maybe, he starts loving you or just thinking you are special,but i think you must wait a little bit .

I was always told the best way to see how someone feels about you is just to be honest with them about your feelings.
Just tell him the truth. What's the worst that could happen? He could break your heart and say the feelings are not there. OR he could say that he feels the same way.

Just try to get to know him better before you go that far. It could be disastrous for you if he was not interested. Pm himand just be friendly and ask him his interests or would he like to go out.
