My friend has acne and she needs help to stop it. I don't have it so I don't know what to do. She says she doesn't want to order anything because they usually don't work. What does anyone suggest?

Dear to whom concerns;
If you want to have a pure clean and cheap easy thing to do , here are the things you need:
1. cook an artichoke in water but don't add any salt or anything, let it cooked about 1 hours like a soup. then drain the access, throw it away, put the liquid in the bottle and put in the fridge;in one day drinks two or three time a week.
2. wash your face throughly two or three a day, avoid washing too much, or the skin will dry.
3. don't eat any hot or greasy food at all
4. drink massive amounts of water each day, double your amounts
5.i tried the raw aloe leaf, cut it out and apply the grease interior or the meat of it on your face scrubs it like aplly lotion; cut all the sharp thorns first, safety first, it been working for me so far, just apply before 5 mins after bed.
if you allgeric to two of this plant then just avoid # 1 and five. the rest of the steps without the planet still bring happiness!

Exfolate scrub 2 times per week the St. Ives apricot scrub is good, use benzoil perozcide oxy 10 or even generic brand is okvevery day on a clean face, you can even mix some in your foundation make up for extra protection, Keep face clean, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE, you hands usually carry bacterias, and things that can cause breakouts too. Dont be afraid to pat your face with a damp cloth throughout the day, carry astringent pads to pat on your face, if the face/skin gets to dry non oil based perfume free moisturizer.

wash her face twice a day (night and morning) w/ a salicylic acid cleanser (go w/ clearasil or neutrogena facewash). Don't touch face or pick at pimples (dirt and oil from you hands can cause pimples). May want to use a spot treatment over night (clearasil works) but don't go overboard b/c can dry out skin. Sometimes pimples can be weakened but may just be unavoidable (ex: menstrual cycle can cause the mto pop up b/c of hormones, puberty (same as b4), sports (if she swweats a lot, wash face right when finish exercising so it won't clog pores.) i hate pimples but at least almost everyone faces them in some form or another so she is not alone!

I use these pads from the store called Clearasil Daily white container with blue lid, they work great for me, I think we are bound to get a pimple here or there but they should not be there all the time! These pads really work well for me, keep my face cleaned up from Acne. I've tried Oxy Products and Mary Kay and Dove but none work like Clearasil. GOOD LUCK!!

I used to have acne. Tell her to get a face scrub and to scrub her face every morning and every night and at night don't put anything on her face so that she doesn't block her pores. Scrubing gets rid of oils that build up and cause acne.
