Paint.net on downloads.com does some good stuff, but not nearly enough as photoshop. That thing is top-notch. Try ebay. Or google sketchup.

paint shop pro x . its a photoshop wanna be so its does pretty much teh same things. im using it right now, grereeeeat program dudue!

I know GIMP is pretty much like photoshop. GIMP is free though.

Corel's photo paint...it's not QUITE as expensive!
