The Apache has a MMW radar (Longbow) capable of guiding MMW Hellfire missiles while hidden in defilade.

The Apache has an M230 30mm chain gun, while the Rooivalk has as 20 mm chin gun. Additionally, the Apache has a longer combat range.

It would appear that the Rooivalk is a copy of the Apache. But it also would appear that they have not made them in large quantities nor have they deployed them around the world. So it is hard to say if it would hold up in combat. I would give the nod to the Apache.
