Of course the idea of Karma itself is accepted dogmatically by those who follow such things.

The rules of Karma is simple. As you sow, so shall you reap.

The Underling basis of Karma is the perfect system of justice that is given by God.
And hence Its just a matter of Time that an action will reap results.
