I am 12 yo. In my school many girls used to kick boys in the balls for fun and the boys never ever hit back! I can not understand why the boys did nothing, if they hit back that sh*it would stop fast. The girls that used to do it know that it hurts like hell, they know that can stop them from having babies, and they know that the boys feel abused, but they do it anyway and not only they thik is funny but I suspect they also get some kind of sexual satisfaction! And most of the girls that don’t do it think its funny and laugh at the poor boys when it happens, and that makes me mad!
Last week a boy got kneed in the cafeteria and threw up, he just walked away!!!
I could not take it anymore so I told what she did and what was going on in the school to the Principal and then to my parents. She got expelled; and all the girls where told in private that they should use that only on emergencies and that they will get punished if they do it differently.

Now girls that I don’t even know are calling me a “rat” and even “traitor”(lol!).
I am not very popular among the girls now, but I noticed that I am becoming popular among boys :-)(that was not the reason I did it). My best friends support me, and I would do it again. I did wrong? If so, WHY? WHY? WHY?

yvonne p, you are right kidnapping is an emergency. Other emergencies are if someone tries to rape or kill a girl, no other reason justify kicking a boy in the privates, or else the girl will be the offender!

This is really bothering you isnt it? I looked up your questions and you posted the same question 3 hours ago. Everyone who answered that you did the right thing is totally right, you did. You have a best friend, she supports you, so why do you need the approval of the girls who call you a rat. What are you really worried about. Are you afraid that someone is going to physically hurt you because you did the right thing? I dont know what you want to hear. Yes, you did the right thing, of course you did the right thing...obviously you did the right thing because the girl who made the boy throw up got expelled. Surely that in itself should be a lesson to any other girl who thinks its funny to hurt a boy like that. Guys are funny creatures, they like to appear strong, they dont want to appear as being "pussys", thats why they pretend it doesnt bother them. Its an ego thing. In every school, it is cool to belong to the "in" crowd. Unfortunately the "in" crowd is the crowd that has the most bullies and nasty people in it. If there were more people like you the "in" crowd would not exist and bullies would be taught their lessons. You are 12, you have stood up for someone else's rights...you will go far. Maybe if you could get more supporters for doing the right thing you could start your own "in" crowd and stop bullying in schools. Hold you head high when people call you a rat...laugh at them and tell them at least you can sleep at night. When they call you a rat, just say you will be a rat every single time someone hurts someone else deliberately and that you are proud to be a "rat" Once they can see the name calling is not working, they will let up on you. Once they can see you are proud of what you did, they will probably admire you for it. If you continually try to defend your actions then people will continue to call you a rat. Be proud of the fact because not many people would be game to do what you did. You have every reason to be very proud of yourself. Hold your head high and be proud you did what you did and let people know you will do it again and again and again if need be until these stupid girls stop being so stupid...turn it around on them...make them feel the stupid ones. Because they are and were very stupid.

Don't let what the other girls say affect you. In the long run, they are the losers for not doing the right thing. If my daughter were in your shoes I would fully support you, she's 12 too. You did what you believed in and should be commended not condemned for it.
It's hard being young and having to choose between the right thing and what your friends would do, that's peer pressure.
The boys will respect you and not the other girls and you will be treated well....and....hey, you could end up with some long term protection when things get tough.
They may talk trash to you, but what do you want...friends or respect. Respect for yourself is worth more than a pocketful of friends.

You did the right thing by reporting it but if you let other kids know that you are doing it then it only comes back at you. My daughter was going through that herself last year in 6th grade. She saw someone cheating on a test and told him she would tell. He kept at it and she marched right up to the teacher and told him. Not cool. There have been other incidents like that with her and she has since learned to keep her good deeds much quieter. (and also be more selective over what is worth reporting).
Stick with your good friends and keep doing what you know is right. Many others would too if they had the guts to do it.

You did the right thing. You knew what those other girls were doing was wrong, and you stood up for the right thing. You should be proud of yourself! Remember, what is right is not always popular and what is popular is not always right. Those girls are mad because now they can't get a quick laugh from hurting boys anymore. Good for you sweetie!

YOU DID NOT DO WRONG AT ALL!!!!!! If I was you, I would be proud to have done that. Im a guy, and the reason why they didnt fight back is because, for some odd reason (lol), you dont hit back, but i do once they become insanely annoying. So be proud of what you did and stay strong.

Good for you hon!! I know it's hard for kids your age to take a stand like that. But you definately did the right thing. Don't worry about what those other girls think. I think you have a pretty good head on your shoulders for a 12 y/o.

I admire that you did that. At 12 yrs old these girls should know better. Ignore the haters. You know you did right and that's what is important. As long as you got you girls on your back your going to be fine. Sh*t like that goes away in a few months.

you did not do wrong. it is not easy to stand up against your peers and do the right thing. no matter how old you are. This was brave what you did. When you get older you will realize that doing what you think is right is more important than what is going to make you popular, because after school, popular doesn't matter. you are off to a great start.

Listen sweetie, it took a lot of balls to do that. Good for you.
I would just tell those hussies that one of those guys they were kneeing might have been thier future husband. You could have prevented them from having a baby with 3 legs and they don't even know it.
It will blow over, you just pat yourself on the back for being ballsy enough to stand up to these crotch assailants.
