When you don't have to ask yourself! You just know. Love is very different than infatuation. Love ISN'T feeling jealous everytime they talk to someone of your sex. It's not crumbling when they're not with you, or being dependent on them for your happiness. It's not when you have to test them or play games, or wonder if they love you back.

Love is a funny thing.. And yes it can be confused with lust..
I personally believe that to truley be in love with someone it takes years... You can love, have that feeling of wanting and needing someone daydream about them and miss them when they are away but to truley love someone you must be with them for a long time to know them inside and out.. To finish there sentences to forgive when they hurt you. To let them be who they are without requiring any sort of change..

You'll know when your heart tells u that u r. Just ask yourself if he/she left for a while what would u do. Find the person who makes your heart smile. Thats how u know if u r in love.

I knew I was when my boyfriend was talking to his uncle about moving back home to work we weren't as serious as we are now but the thought of not seeing him and that he was going to leave my chest might as well bursted open cuz thats how bad it hurt. I think if you could picture your life without that person there in one way or another than it's love.

real love is not selfish. If you wake up every morning and he is the first thing on your mind and the last thing you think about before you go to sleep and his happiness and well being mean more to you than your own then you are in love.

It is hard to get that person off of your mind and sometimes it gets bad enough that you kind of feel sick! Butterflies keep fluttering around in your stomach! It can get worse then the flue!

when you cannot stop thinking of the person...when you think about the person after you wake up and right before you go to sleep...you get jealous when the person is talking to some other person of a different gender

When you have butterflies in your tummy whenever you r are with him. You feel absolutely comfortable to do anything in front of him, endless amount to talk about.
