My bf likes to hug me and kiss me and play with my hair, yeah this sounds normal, but he likes playing with my boobs and spank my butt. I don't really mind, but do you think he likes me just cuz of my body. He tells me i'm beautiful but idk for sure. What does this mean? should i end this? Or is this how guys are?

Sounds like he just appreciates every part of you, and that's no bad thing. Does he also like to talk to you and spend time with you outside the bedroom? If so, you've got yourself a loving guy who likes to express himself physically. Make the most of him.

Well there is this guy at my school i have never dated him but my bff did and he did that to.so i think it means that they want more attion because you are not giving him enough to them. i told that to my friend and he totaly stoped but if you like it(gross) don't give him more attion just let him keep on doing what he is doing. but just tyy my advice.
