Peanut butter. Very good source of vitamins and proteins. I buy Smucker's natural peanut butter (without added sugar, etc) and put it on plain rice cakes. Very good for you.

There are 'hundreds of all types of foods'. Pick what type of eating you want to do. Look on WebMD, and a couple of other medical sites. You can cheap, healthy (with 1200 cal/per day) and only 15grms of Sat.Fat. Includes one fav snack. A health one you like. Read labels/cal books for fruits and veggies, then work out one that is just for and how you like to eat. Exercise

Get this one, rolll a banana in peanut butter and crushed peanuts... thats got to be wholesome, healthy, easy to get, and cheap... and a really yummy snack.
