in other words were my sister can be tutored by other dedicated adults who homeschool there own children. and also where she can intermingle with homeschooled students like herself.

I am in the 9th grade and in home-schooling. My mother put me in a program switched on schoolhouse. I'd say go to www.ncdnpe.org and try your luck. This is NC Division of Non-public Education located in Raleigh. I'm sorry if it's no help to your question, but that's about all I can say. Goodluck to your sister and God Bless.

Not sure I understand your question. Isn't the point of home-schooling to isolate one from mainstream society? Why would you want your "sister" to mingle with other people? Wouldn't you be better off to simply go ahead and marry her? Pls clarify.

Im not sure if its available in NC...but www.primaveratech.org has online highschool where you can get a highschool diploma....sorry thats all i know..hope it helps!
