Such act is not good at all morally, socially and individually, but what are the strong arguments and how can we express them touchingly to his heart?

I will not persuade him in any way. I mean, taking such a decision implies a very strong ideological mind. I don't think anybody can be persuaded of the contrary, if the decision has been made, because it takes strong beliefs to get to such a point.

turn him in. anyone so driven they'd give up their life and harm others will most likely NOT be talked out of it, and if you know and don't stop it it'll be on your conscience at the very least, and you might get rendered as an enemy combatant.

doubt you could at that point, some people can be so throughly indoctrinated that they are no longer capable of thinking for themselves/rationally
