The best way is: Lobster Stew

par cooked Lobster meat (and tomalley if you can handle it)
butter
milk
salt
pepper
seasonings (your choice - nutmeg, chile powder, curry powder, tarragon, etc.)

Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat. Add lobster meat and saute until the pink darkens a bit. (Now would be a good time to add some seasoning too.) Turn the mixture into hot milk. Season with some more butter and salt (no pepper yet). If you are using the tomalley, add it now. Let it sit over heat until it comes to a bare simmer. Remove from heat, cover and refrigerate. Let it rest at least 6 hours in the refrigerator and then slowly reheat. Season to taste and serve with oyster crackers.

Not quick, not heart healthy - just great New England cooking

What do you mean? Like steamed, boiled, grilled, etc.?
Or plain, with pasta, in bisque, etc.? In a restaurant? At home? Can you be just a tad more specific?

With your hands. you need to get it all over your face to show others you truly are enjoying it.

I don't really like it personally.
