Prunes are the just dried plums. They taste way different. They are not interchangeable in recipes.

Prunes are good for you but 5-7 prunes have over 100 calories and eating too many can give you cramps and make you run like heck to the bathroom.

Yes they are. Go ahead and eat lots of prunes, they're very good for you. Chock full of vitamin C.

Not really. Prunes are dried and wrinkly and sticky and pitted, and plums are bigger and juicier and rounder and with-pits. :]
