Doing sit ups incorrectly doesn't bloat your stomach but doesn't make it flatter either. You have to hold your muscles in while you do the exercise - not holding them in or not properly in some cases can make your stomach stick out more - so my aerobics teacher says!

No, as the other answer said, wheat is a big problem, but it could be something else. Go on an exclusion diet, it takes time but in the end you will find out what is causing it: or you could go to an allergy specialist and have tests. Look up through your search engine the way to do an exclusion diet., its too much to go into here, you would get bored: I would get bored, but if you are serious about this, do your research.

Chanelle, it is not generally known, but if you drink some extra water, your entire body will stop clutching onto the water it is trying to hoard inside your body because it recognizes - oh, she is providing water now, guess we can let go of some - and you begin to lose weight because your body feels okay releasing all the extra water it was holding onto. Doesn't it seem strange that by drinking a little more water, you can actually lose weight, but all that is happening is your body is getting the message that, because water is now available, it doesn't have to hold on to so much inside your body, and so it lets it go and you - lose weight!
I tried this and it works. Just so you know... - Chris!

I have never heard that! However, if you do not do it properly, it will not be effective. That is, the ab area will not be firm up.
