I am 5'4' and about 109 lbs (I'm supposed to be at least 126). My parents tell me to gain weight, so now I eat so many Oreos and full-fat milk for lunch and either rice and meat or pizza for dinner. Then at night, I'll eat a lot of oreos and milk, but I'd drink lemon water an hour later. I also either eat fruits or 3 bowls of cereal (Kix) for breakfast. So, with this kind of diet, will I ever gain weight?

Your weight is fine. You are not supposed to be at least 126lb. You can weight anywhere between your weight up to 140lb, but it doesn't mean you have to weigh more. You are not underweight, so just stay as you are and be happy. HTH : )

Some people could eat so much junk in a day it would kill an average person and not gain weight. You must have a very high metabolism and you can't help that. How old are you? It might be that you are still growing also. Maybe by the time you turn 17 you'll stop growing... your metabolism will slow down and you will start to gain weight. Trust me its better to be underweight than overweight as long as you're healthy and do not have an eating disorder. good luck. I suggest you add your age so you get better answers

If your calorie intake exceeds your energy output you will gain weight. However, some of your choices of foods may cause you other problems. Also Carbs tend to burn off fairly quickly go for the fats. You get more calories per unit of food. There is a slight possibility that you might have a thyroid or other metabolic problem. If you continue a long time without weight gain I would advise you to get that checked.

You will probably gain weight that way, but it is certainly not the best way to do it. All you are doing is eating junk food that is not doing anything at all for your body. How old are you? If you are still under about 15 to 17 I wouldn't worry about it until you are older. There are healthy foods that can help you gain weight rather than putting all that crap in your body.

What makes you think you're supposed to be 126? I'm 5'4 and I weigh 113 and I'm not underweight.

are you currently gaining weight? on that diet, i suspect you would. however, you are in the right weight range for your height...i suspect instead of changing your diet, you should start yoga or weight training...you will put on healthy muscle weight, maybe 5 pounds, and look perfefct for your frame.
