There is a woman I work with who is 30 years older than I am, but she is beautiful and intelligent and very sexy. We have had meaningful eye contact and I think she is attracted to me. I have a girlfriend who I will probably marry, so I'm pretty sure I will never have another opportunity to be with a woman like this. What should I do?

Go ahead and tell her how you feel. She may be interested in you, too. Like you said, you may be sorry in 25 years.

Are you crazy? Why would you wanna be with someone who is 30 years older than you when you have a girlfriend that your probably gonna marry? Stay true to your girlfriend...that's what a real man would/should do. Before you choose to go with the one who is 30 years older than you are think about what she is gonna look like in 20-30 more years. Your still gonna be somewhat young, while she is gonna be getting to the granny look...rethink that before you make any decisions that your gonna regret.

Sounds like the one thing you shouldn't do is marry your girlfriend. She deserves someone better than a guy who would "probably marry" her while pining away for someone else.
As for the age difference with the other gal? Well, how old are you going to be in 25 years anyway?
Short answer: you're not ready to marry so date all you want.

Dump your gf. You obviously are not happy with her. Do not hook up with this other woman, you WILL regret it. Being ina long lasting loving marriage is WAY better then being with one woman one time. Trust me on this. Get your brain out from between your legs, and look at the woman you want to marry, if you still think being with another woman just for fun is better then having your life with your gf, then don't be with her, its not fair to her.

I don't know why you'd want to cheat on your girlfriend. Throwing away an existing relationship just because you are sort of flirting with someone at work is foolish.
You'd be more sorry if you messed up your current relationship.
