As long as the dad is fine with it, it should not be a problem. But when the child gets older, give him the choice and freedom of choosing to believe what he wants to believe.

They priest will probally do the right thing,
he will probally christen the child no problem, the religion of the parents don't matter. If he says no, then there something wrong with that priest.(no offense, just speaking) You should do what you want, but honestly, a relationship is a mutual thing, it's problems like these you think about while you're dating, before you get married, you should talk it over with your husband. Above all, remember that the child can study both religions, even though it might be a strain on them, once they get older leave the choice to them.

I feel sorry for you. You are in my prayers. Because of your situation, I would never marry a Muslim man. They are the boss in the family and women count for nothing. But the priest should baptize your child if you are a Christian. At least one parent has to be a Christian in order to baptize the child because there needs to be someone to raise the child as a Christian. The Lord's peace be with you.

I would skip the Christening. The child does not know what's going on and therefore it will have no meaning. Let him decide his own religion when he's old enough. Tell your partner that too.

If his Father wants him to be a Muslim you should do what he wants but, be a good example of a Christian yourself so he can make up his own mind later. If you try to make him a Christian now his father will know and be very mad and do more than normal to try to upset his Christian roots so just be the best Christian you can and pray that he turns Christian when he is older (like St. Monica did with St. Augustine). You can take comfort in the fact that in an emergency you yourself may baptize him if you had to.

confident, a clergyman is permitted to marry you as long as one in all you is a believer, yet to be straightforward with you, a marriage like that incorporates a good style of available problems with it, on the grounds which you're of two thoroughly diverse ideals. My learn of islam tells me that a muslim guy can marry a Christian woman, yet a muslim woman isn't allowed to marry a Christian guy. do you recognize the rationalization for this? women could plenty much less complicated convert to the theory of their spouses, and leaving islam is precisely forbidden. i desire you recognize what you're doing, and desire you the two sturdy luck.

Ask the priest. But I bet he will.

You and daddy really need to have a very big conversation.

Why not? Priests have been trying to sspread the word and convert, and do missionary work.... seems like this would be in the same vein.

Explain the situation to the priest at your local parish and see what can be done.
