Only do what you can do today. You can't worry about things that haven't happened yet. If you have faith in a higher power (I call mine GOD), pray. As my mom always says, "Don't count your chickens before they hatch". One thing at a time, and do the right thing when the time comes.
Your family and friends will make it another day without you and you can't help them if your mind is elsewhere. Don't be so hard on yourself. All things will happen when they are supposed to happen. Unfortunately, it never happens when we want it to.

"This above all, to thy own self be true" - W. Shakespeare

hi lan. believe me, i know how you feel. even though you didn't specifically declare what is actually wrong, i have a feeling that it's depression, right? well, are you just depressed or do you have clinical depression? either way, i know it is rather difficult (extremely difficult). well the only thing i can tell you is that you have to focus on things one by one, instead of just focusing on everything at the same time---that will get you even more stressed out. so take things as they come, one by one. get your priorities straight. is school more important than your friends and family? see, that's a good example. just take it easy, don't put too much on your plate. well, that's the best advice i can give you....

I know first hand, how it feels to be overwhelmed with your own stress. it's so much easier to deal with other peoples stress, and problems, rather than your own. you should make sure that when your going through hard times, and you just are at you Witt ends. You should realize that maybe your so overwhelmed cause your taking care of everyone else except yourself, which isn't healthy at all, or maybe you should trying surrounding your self, with people who your not trying to help, people that aren't stressed out at all, people who you know want you to be happy, and care about your well being. so that they can just be there for you with open ears and a open heart.

good luck and i hope things get better for you

Quit focusing on what's bad or wrong, and start focusing on what's good and right. What good does worrying do anyway? Does it change anything?
Quit being self-absorbed. Go out and share your personality with others. Make their day by focusing on them. Make things all about others. You will feel more popular and welcome by making others feel good around you.
Surprisingly, it will be fulfilling and make you feel good inside to do this. Give to others what you want for yourself.
Challenge yourself to do things that you're afraid of. Don't expect to be an instant expert. Practice tham until you get good anough to teach them to others.
Set small goals that are easy to acheive. Increase with time. Accomplishments build self-esteem. Self-esteem makes you more resilliant to criticism (from others as well as yourself).
Find at least one hour in your busy schedule each day to get physical, and get your heartrate up to 150 for at least 40 minutes. This will make your body want to produce chemicals that make you feel good and relieve stress. Rackettball, swimming, and jogging help.

Relax. You can't control everything in life, but you can control your behavior. That's all you need to control. And you have to trust yourself to be able to handle things that happen spontaneously, that you don't control.

Change your perspective by switching "I can't" with "I am not willing to". Realize that problems and obstacles are opportunities in disguise, to learn, overcome, and improve something. Test yourself by accepting challenges.
