Those are just hormones kickin in. You probably have a lot goin on in your life and it can become overwhelming. The key is to attack one problem at a time. When you look at a whole mess of problems together it makes you think things are out of hand, that you'll never be able to knock down the big pile of crap thats in front of you. However if you attack one piece at a time, the problems get knocked away little by little and soon you find out that the pile is much smaller than it used to be. There will always be situations that continue to arise so the pile never goes away, but realizing you are not God and that you'll just have to patiently handle one situation at a time will help you realize that the crap in front of you is not that hard to deal with if taken one at a time.
Simplify the issues and find the issues simpler to solve.

You should start by asking what is going on in your life to make you feel the "anxiety" or stress. Is it just school, peer pressure? Well, it's only going to get worse if it is normal stress. Getting older has it's benefits but it also comes with a lot of responsibility. (If you plan on having kids you will learn what stress is all about). My advise is exercise. That helps eliminate stress more than anything. If what you are feeling is a chemical/physiological problem, you might want to talk to a Dr. Although I am not big on Dr.s, it wouldn't hurt to talk to one. Just remember life is short so enjoy what time you have on this planet and don't sweat the small stuff...your 15 so a lot of what seems important now, will seem pretty dumb when you turn 20.
Hope that helps,
