Check out www.tacobell.com and they should have all of the nutrition info, plus customization options there. From experience, your healthiest option there is a hard shell taco w/o cheese ;-)

I wonder how much money they paid her to say that crap. Taco Bell diet? I never heard of it, and I can't imagine it helping you lose weight. "She says she cut her daily calories to about 500 calories." 500 calories in one day? That's not enough to get you by. Hell you could burn 500 calories just by walking around for 3 or so hours. So her doing anything remotely active would have made her hungry immediately; which means she probably ate more than what she's saying. I looked at those nutrition facts, and 500 calories is probably two of those meals put together, or one like the chicken or steak. Did she take into account the drinks or portion size? I bet she had a drink with her meal (and we know how big drinks are nowadays). Also some sort of sauce, mild, hot whatever; that adds more calories to your meal too. The 500 calories she ate in 24 hours probably slowed down her metabolism, and when she starts eating more again she'll gain all the 'lost' weight back. It's a shame how some people can be easily fooled by the media today.

Your poster that said this is the last salad you want to be eating if you are on a diet is right on. I remember when these first came out and were being touted as a healthy way to go. Then someone analyzed the calories and fat and it was in the news that these were the highest calorie salad you could eat.

Why do you not simply phone Taco Bell and ask them directly. However a diet won't work unless you are willing to change your eating habits for a life time and that means as little junk foods, including all processed and manufactured foods as possible.

If you are on a diet, that's the last salad you should be eating. That's like having 2 meals wrapped into one.
