Are you using a copper pan/pot?
Copper will turn eggs green,
just like cheap jewelery!!!!!

What do you mean? Hard boiled eggs? If yes, this is what you do: put eggs into cold water, put on burner and turn heat to high; when it boils, let boil for 2 minutes, remove eggs from heat and let them sit in the hot water until it cools; then peel; no green!

If your eggs are turning green your heat is too high & you're overcooking the eggs. Try turning your steamtable down & decrease the amount of time you cook your eggs.

HEY-SILLY SLAP SOME HAM NEXT TO THEM !! HAR-HAR!!
( or try -butter ,couple drops lemon juice ,and a little maple-syrup,mix in a spray bottle warm in microwave and give em a sprit !!
