Hi Ralph, everyone goes through a process of pain. I cannot too much as I dont know the nature of your pain. All I can say is that I too wished I get away from it all weather the pain is pyhsical or mental. I cannot say stay positive as its me saying this in the confort zone. Just remember people do care can listen and will appreciate you.

NOW YOU SOUND LIKE MY MOTHER. TOO MANY PEOPLE FEEL THIS WAY. I'M NOT QUITE SURE IF IT'S BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID OF CONSTANT BAD NEWS WHEN THEY HURT, IF THEY HAVE SEEN SO MUCH DESPAIR IN THEIR LIVES. I HAVEN'T QUITE FIGURED THAT ONE OUT YET. I'M SURE THEY ARE JUST "GROWING PAINS" SOME OF YOU ARE JUST PLAIN GROWING , SOME OF US ARE JUST "GROWING OLD. I TOOK THE AGE TEST ON LINE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. I'M REALLY 54. THE TEST TOLD ME I'M 68. HOW DOES THAT GRAB YA AND YES, I'M IN CONSTANT PAIN. DON'T DWELL ON IT SWEETIE. THERE ARE TOO MANY GREAT THINGS IN LIFE THAT YOU'LL MISS OUT ON.

yes i do.i have ocd.its not like being obsessed with cleaning i am seriously obsessed with my health.I'm constantly thinking something is wrong with me .i always think i have brain cancer and maybe that's why i think like this.i mean i think about it so much that i have panic attacks.the best thing to do when you're feeling like this is to keep yourself busy.that's what i do.
