The army will deal with him and it's out of yours and our hands. I don't think he'll get jail time, but he won't be happy with the punishment either.

His case will be individually evaluated and he will receive some sort of discipline allowed under the law.

He will receive a Dishonorable Discharge, Reduction in Rank,
fined 2/3 of his/her pay per month and prison time if so allotated
by the Military Judge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that depends if he was active or in basic training. if it was during basic, they will give him a hard time and an article 15. if he was active, he could get a felony.
