You can easily brew up a non-alcoholic "Irish Coffee" with no problem. We do this at our office when we celebrate St. Patrick's Day every year. Put a teaspoon of sugar on the bottom of a cup and fill with hot black coffee. Top off with a whip cream (not Cool Whip, but the kind that comes in a can that you can 'spray' on top and make a swirl). And google for an "Irish Soda Bread" recipe... serve warm (if you can) with butter. May the luck of the Irish be with you!
