Ikea for the first three..... err, actually you could get all four there if you have loose morals and a jacket with pockets ; )
You could ask at local schools if they have anything spare you could have. I'm sure they'd be happy to help such a worthwhile cause.

Try Walmart... We dont know where you live, so im afraid relative to location we couldnt help ;)... Walmart, Sams Club, Target, Eckerd, CVS... some of those sell the supplies, others sell the tables etc...
Try The Home Depo if you just want some cheap plastic chairs you could buy on a whim, like the kind you put on a porch.
