Considering just how this precious doctrine impinges on my every thought and act, I imagine it's not a problem. The trinity answered a particular Christian theological conundrum. It doesn't really affect behavior, outside of holy wars and such. Wouldn't God be most interested in results?

A skepsis parable: If I had every Pokemon card in the world, but never played them, what good would that be? So might it be with divine knowledge.

Yes someone can be saved and not understand the trinity. Noone is held resposible for something they don't know or understand. Little know, little required, much known, much required. God will teach anything we are lacking and it takes time just like school. We start off as babies and grow into adults to learn the deeper things of God.
It is possible for muslims to be saved through Jesus. It is a miracle when anyone gets saved; and it would take that to get a muslim saved. An act of God.

I would say it's a possibility, but a Muslim cannot be saved because they will not accept the payment of Christs death for their sins. They believe that God more or less weighs their deeds in a balance and if you have more good than bad, you can go to Heaven. The problem is that God says that whosoever breaks the "least" of His commandments, has to pay the fine for doing so and that is death and hell. It's like telling a judge in a court of law that you are sorry for robbing a bank, raping someone, or any kind of illegal act, and expecting him to just let you off because you are sorry. The judge is bound by the law to fine you and so is God, that is why He came in the form of a man, lived a perfect sinless life for us, and died in our place. His life, death, burial, and resurrection paid my fine. All I have to do is turn from that life of crime and recieve that payment to satisfy the needs of the law. Until they do this, they will not step foot into Heaven. Anyone who thinks they can get their on their own, is extremely self righteous and dilluted. Peace

Well, a Muslim would not, unfortunately, be saved, as they don't even pray to the God of the Bible. Only by Christ Jesus are we saved, and many Muslims regard Him as perhaps a good teacher, if that. However, as the previous answer pointed out, anyone CAN be saved, because the price of salvation has already been so graciously paid by Jesus Christ; all we have to do is accept Him as our Lord and Savior! God bless!

A Muslim can be saved and he can believe in the trinity. If he does not understand let his search the scripture, ask advice, and pray for understanding.

A Muslim can be saved. God's provision for salvation is the same for everybody regardless of where they came from.

John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Yeah, I think that falls under God only holds us responsible for what we know and understand.
