Eat honey. I have had 4 children so i know that u r restricted time wise but eat, you have got to take care of your self or there will be no1 to take care of the baby because u will end up in hospital. The first place you lose weight from is always your bust but in time it will come back. Make sure that u make time for YOU. x

Unfortunately there isn't really much you can do at the minute.
After I had my son I lost 25 kilos in 4 months without even really noticing and i was about the same weight as you.
Just try to look after yourself as well because after a while you will start to notice what this may do to your body.
Take care not to let yourself as your are also important, maybe ask others for a little bit of help so that you can make a little bit of time for yourself.
Good Luck and try to enjoy motherhood without fading away to nothing

If you're making time to feed the baby, you should have time to feed youself. You don't say how old baby is, but I'm sure she sleeps some time, right?
Make sure you have plenty of healthy food in - that'll serve you better in the long run than wating a load of junk just to put the weight back on. If you're breast feeding, grab yourself a snack and a drink while you're feeding - you'll be sat down and relaxed anyway, so you might as well take the time to eat. Actually, this will work if you're bottle feeding as well, but with breastfeeding it's even more important because if yo're not putting enough good things into your body the milk coming out will not be as good as it could be.
If you have a partner, are you cooking for him? If so, make sure you get the chance to eat some of it as well, even if it means keeping it warm while he eats, then getting him to play with the little one while you're having your turn.
When she gets into a routine things will become easier. You'll be able to put her down more and have more time for yourself. Not much admittedly, but a little at least. If you have a partner, are you cooking for him? If so, make sure you get the chance to eat some of it.
When she's weaning, if you're cooking her food rather than buying you'll find there's plenty of opportunities to eat yourself. You'll be cooking for her anyway - I quite often would make something for her that I could eat as well, and feed her with one hand and myself with the other. Not always the most flavoursome food, but it kept me going :)

Buy those protein drinks (Ensure, etc.) to make sure you're getting enough protein and vitamins. As long as you're feeling healthy and strong, don't worry too much. The pounds will come back (especially when you hit the age I am... ha!).

Ben & Jerry's ice cream does the trick for me, but then again, I'm not underweight by any means!
