First try Microderm Abrasion. Your facial skin will look so healthy and will GLOW! Then try Cell Block C SPF 20 for day and also the Cell Block C night-time cream. They have vitamin Ester C, so they're like a multivitamin for your face. I use these products by BeautiControl, and I love my skin for the first time ever. You can find them at www.beautipage.com/

A fresh looking skin is the result of regular cleansing, toning and moisturising. I follow the following steps to get a fresh and dewy skin: *> Regular cleansing *> Regular toning *> Regular moisturising *> Scrub once a week *> Face pack once a week based on your skin type *> kitchen ingredients like milk, curd, lemon juice depending on your skin type *> a rich night cream daily at night *> a SPF 15 day cream *> a tinted moisturiser *> lots of fresh fruits, water *> be beautiful inside and happy *> smile and live life to the fullest....

Add a lil baby oil to your bath. If your showering, apply some to your skin after getting out of your shower! Works really well.

Yes, it's low tech, but trust me, it works. Drink about a pint of water a day and you'll glow.
