I am 6'3 163 sophmore I play basketball Sg and SF and I just need the best basketball weightlifting routine. Thank you. I am willing to workout 5 times a week mon-fri with no days off so if anyone has a link to a good one please send it.

Try an aerobic dvd that is about 20-30min. and do it 2-3 times a week. You will see major improvement if you stick to it! If not then no results. Something is always better than nothing!
