Everyone's different. An alcoholic could get drunk really easily, or it could take them a lot to get drunk. Being an alcoholic doesn't really have anything to do with the amount of alcohol it takes to get drunk, but more of the fact that it's an addiction to alcohol and that they can't stop drinking it.

if they have been drinking long enough to build up a tolerance, they will be legally drunk, but not feel like it--however, if they have drank for so long that they have liver damage, they will get drunk very quickly because their body is no longer able to process alcohol as well.

that depends on how often and long they have been drinking for. tolerance goes up and up to a point and they comes back down when somebody drinks everyday for many years. on the other hand people who take breaks, even short ones usually retain their tolerance
