Like Im always asking her questions and she never asks me anything. I had the feeling she didnt want me around anymore so I asked her if the impression i had of her was right. She said thats just how she is.

Well though it's possible that she isnt interested, the best way to get a girl to talk is to find a topic that she is interested in. Has she ever shown interest in any topic ? The tricky part is to determine what she's into, once u do, she will speak.

Either she's really shy or she's not interested. Ask her questions that'll require her to say more than yes or no. for example, "how do you feel about...blah blah blah christianity, abortion, terrorism, working, school, etc etc.
If you meet her, you should get a much better idea of if she likes you or not based on her body language. It's really hard to tell over the phone, chat, or email. She might just be having a bad week, or month.

She may be shy and/or awkward around guys. After she answers a question, for example about her childhood, then tell her about yours. Eventually she'll come around. If you like her, just give her a little time.

Maybe she doesn't have anything in common with you so she feels like there's nothing to talk about.

she might be interested in you and just shy and trying to hide her feelings. u should still ask her out...i'm just like her and trust me i bet she likes u!

give some space, girls often check how long boys can go, but for sure she'll miss you,specially if you give her special attention.
