I would have to say either a cross or a picture of Jesus. If you're not religious then maybe you'd just want a crossbeam and a hammer! If you're an open minded and daring person with a slight perverted side then maybe a measuring tape position just so above your belt line....LOL

You just can't tell someone you're a carpenter? I think guys that have to ask other people what they should get a tattoo of are total poser pu$$ies.

What I personally love to see are kanjis. When you find the symbol of carpenter, you have different styles to choose from. Then when someone askes, you can give them a whole line of **** about the meaning. You can even lie about it if you want. No one will ever know but you and the person who put it on you. I have one on the back of my neck, and it stands for dream.

My first thought was a hammer, then I saw the answer Got Wood, I thought that was funny, so I say go with that but I would add a plank of wood and a saw!

I would have a work bag,and hanging out of it would be a hammer,screw
driver,saw,some nails,and a tape measure.BUT pitcher this small on your
arm or leg.Or you can do this,Have a ladder with you on it with your tool
bag on your shoulder. GOOD LUCK !!! WHATEVER YOU GET.

Instead of a tribal or barbed wire around your bicep, get a measuring tape around your bicep.
