i dont live in the area but can give you some money saving tips- 1. you could hiring a student photographer or a local newspaper photographer their rates will be lower than an actual "wedding" photographer you can work out the details of pay with them

2. decide if you want a dinner reception or light snack /tea serivce /dessert reception. If you want dinner a buffet style is usually cheaper than plated and alcohol is usually your largest expense- if you want alcohol try to get a venue that allows you to bring your own you can return anything that isnt opened for a full refund. Consider a frida/sunday wedding you can save lots on off-day weddings.

3. A lot of people dont hire a DJ and have an Ipod DJ and ask a friend to MC the evening

4. consider doing your own decorations -tulle and lights are often very reasonable and candles are great decorative items that add a nice atmosphere. Ask friends to help you do all your own set-up this will save lots and buy your own decorations in bulk this will also save money try to avoid buying in bridal stores look more towards craft stores

5. make your own favors ( if you choose to give them out ) you can buy tulle bags or boxes and fill them wiith a small candle or candy and its a fairly inexpensive thank you favor

6. print and make your own invitations/thank you cards table numbers and placeholder cards you can buy the cardstock and ribbons and nice paper in a craft store wilton.com has print your own invites templates that are free

7. consider buying your dress online you can save a ton!

8. consider also buying your favor bags/boxes and decorations online such as ebay etc. some sellers offer free shipping or really great deals.

9. consider using silk flowers they are cheaper you can do the arrangements your self and keep them for a long time just cover them with a tarpe in a room temperature area.

10. For the rehearsal dinner consider a pot-luck at home it doesnt have to be elaborate and keep it close friends family etc, and you dont need alcohol for that.

Hope this helps !

First of all I know that it an be really hard to try and pay for your own wedding. Congrats on your pending nuptiuals. Go simple. You can do a bunch with fabric, and it is very inexpensive. If it is outdoors, try draping a pretty gauze-y fabric, all around. In-between the trees, around the alter, and around the chairs. Another cheap idea would be to instead of having to rent all those expensive chairs, Try some oversized floor pillow. (Which you can easily make) It is less expensive, and has a cool ethnic vibe. Same for the reception. Go ethnic. Make a huge batch of couscous , and have a friend barbeque several dozen chicken breasts, and some veggies. If your future husband or one of his friends or even you is handy with a mider-saw then I would recommend making a few long low to the ground tables, (the pillows can be used as chairs there as well). Lacquer the wood in a nice glossy black, or teak. Longer tables like twelve seaters means less fabric. You just need one really pretty table runner. You could even serve the food on leaves, to really cut down on the costs of plates. Or in family style "troughs". I would put pretty cheap little tea lights into floating bowls to work as center pieces. The are about five bucks per table. Way cheaper than flowers Flowers are beautiful, but cost way to much money. Go with candles, and maybe just a few flowers. Good luck on the marriage, I hope this helps.

I can't help you with photograghers, halls, etc, because I don't live in florida. But you can cut corners on other stuff by buying on EBAy. I bought my wedding gown, veil, cake topper on Ebay for cheap. All were great quality. A lot of time bridal boutiques sell clearance items on Ebay. Perhaps that will help.
