when they say "you may kiss the bride", is it an open mouthed, or closed mouth kiss, and how long usally is it?

that is all up to the bride and groom. they can kiss how they want and however long they want. But i wouldnt suggest having like a make out session or anything. Make it classy

It is how ever you want it open mouthed or closed and it can last as long as the bride and groom want it to the is no law on how and how long the kiss should be

Just give her a closed mouth kiss because there will be people around. And because after the marriage you have your entire life to kiss her in whatever way you want

It could be open mouthed or closed mouthed. As for the longevity of it, it could last anywhere from a quick peck on the lips to a full on tongue lashing kiss that lasts for a couple minutes.

OK it is a closed mouth kiss and 30 seconds is just fine 1 minute is too long though OK.

Since it will be in front of your family and friends, keep it classy. A nice open or closed mouth kiss for a few seconds will work. Just make sure they don't see you slipping in the tongue...

well you can kiss as long as you want. but NORMALLY its a closed-mouth kiss and its pretty quick. normally longest lasting about a good 3 seconds. must are just a second-long. when i get married, i'm keeping the moment special and kissing for as long as i freaking want! lol

When my wife and I got married, in a church, We kissed and kissed. I didn't want it to stop, and neither did she. The best man had to come and tap us on the shoulder and break it up! LOL. No rules just what feels right.
